Our full return/refund policy can be found here, but in a nutshell, you may return any new, unused item within 30 days from the date you received your order for a refund. No questions asked. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and arrangements. A maximum restocking fee of up to 10% may be charged but can be waived if purchasing substitute products of equal or greater value. Items sold in full box quantities must be returned by the box and unopened.
All sample orders, including swatches and single whole sheets, are considered final sales and non-refundable. We do not accept returned products with missing parts or broken pieces.
