No questions asked. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, which we will deduct from the refund. We will inform you of the shipping cost before processing your return. You can decide whether to ship your return using our carrier-negotiated rate or on your own.
We will deduct a maximum restocking fee of up to 10% from your refund. Still, we can waive the fee if you purchase substitute products of equal or greater value. Items sold in full box quantities must be returned by the box and unopened.
All sample orders, including swatches and single whole sheets, are considered final sales and non-refundable. We do not accept returned products with missing parts or broken pieces.
